You looked to be having a good time on the trapeze over the river.....sort of a poor mans "River Country" Can't believe how fast your trip is going, are you still going to Chang Mi (spelling?) before meeting Mac in Bangkok?
Glad to see from today's pictures that you have gotten over your disappointment with Hanoi, that was quite an experience. Good job your Grandad Wallace isn't around to read it, he would have been having a fit - your Uncle Paul is non too happy with you being there as it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take good care of each other!
Backpacking isn't too 'rough' when you can wander into an 'upscale' hotel and act as if you are a guest there!!!! Wonder why it took the barlady 5 drinks to realized you 'didn't belong'!!!!!

Just back from taking the Grandparents home so doing my shoulder exercises and then having a gin and tonic. Sadly the G & T does not come in buckets here!!! Out at Bill's 60th this weekend and everyone asking after you and Gail and Graham next door.

Hi Sarah, love reading your blog while I eat my lunch. You have some spectacular pictures too. Be careful with those buckets of booze although one looked like water to me unless it was Vodka/Gin?
