San Vicente is a small mining town, high up in the mountains on the road from Uyuni to Tupiza. It is famous as the place where Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid were killed in 1908. We stopped there briefly to see the small museum about the bandits, including what are claimed to be their bones.
